原产比可用于计算所需要的原料用量，与产品成本计算、采购计划直接相关，通过计算成品对应的原产比，当我们接到新一批订单的时候，这个布样我们需要算出原产比来分批采购后期的原料，更好的控制我们的原材料数量，避免生产过程中原料不足或者采购过多浪费提供数据。1.数据收集：收集某条生产线某件成品日常生产过程中的原料使用量和成品产量，同一产品可用数种原料经过一定配比加工而成，幅宽可不相同；2.算法说明：原产比=用料量（kg）/【幅宽（米）*成品量（米）】；3.数据分析：每款产品的原料种类不同、配比不同，可根据生产计划计算出不同原料需求量，提前采购，也可为成本核算提供依据。
