The data is an EEG acquired simultaneously with fMRI while the subject performed a motor imagery task. It was recorder with an MR-compatible EEG system (Brain Products, Germany) with a 32-channel BrainCap, a SyncBox (to synchronize the fMRI and EEG acquisitions) and Triggerbox (to receive a marker from the scanner marking the start of the acquisition). The cap was placed on the head according to the 10-20 system, and one ECG electrode was placed on the back. The data was acquired using BrainVision Recorder (Brain Products, Germany) at a sampling rate of 5000 Hz. The fMRI was acquired in a 3T Vida MRI scanner (Siemens, Germany), with a 64-channel head RF coil using a 2D-EPI sequence (TR/TE = 1260/30 ms, in-plane acceleration with GRAPPA factor 2, SMS factor 3) to collect 60 axial slices from the whole brain with 2.2 mm isotropic resolution.
