Formation of harmonic subdivision in liquid crystaline medium by electro-templating

Observation by the naked eye and under a polarized optical microscope with crossed polarizers reveals the formation of large-scale patterns composed of repetitive units. The videos demonstrate the frequency dependence, long-term stability, and compatibility with electroconvection, as well as the controlled manipulation of particles within the patterned structure.
