资源简介:
We present here the supplementary files to the article "Plant biodiversity drivers in Brazilian campos rupestres: insights from phylogenetic structure", published in "Frontiers in Plant Science".

File 1.1 is the full database showing the occurrence of the species in all sites compiled from literature (66 sites). The floristic lists were updated for nomenclature and each site was classified according to the substrate and the phisiognomy of the vegetation using data reported in the paper or according to our own field experience for each individual site. We then created this initial database, showing the occurrence of all species in all sites.
File 1.2 is a matrix for a selection of sites. From the initial "full" dataset (file 1.1) we excluded sites that do not have information regarding the physiognomy of the vegetation or the substrate (canga or quartzite) in each site. We had a very small number of sites in limestone in file 1.1 and thus excluded then in file 1.2 for our analysis.
File 1.3 is the list of all species reported in File 1.2. This list was formated using PlantMiner script (www.plantminer.com) for Phylocom software.
Files 2.1 and 2.2 are the ages file and the megatree used in Phylocom to transform our list of species (file 1.3) in a dated phylogenetic tree using Phylocom. Gastauer and Meira Neto (2016 - Brazilian Journal of Biology - http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/1519-6984.20814) provided improved ages and megatrees for phylogenetic analyses, and we used the files provided by them and available here for download.
File 3 is our megatree of the Espinhaço Range already dated for phylogenetic analyses.
Files 4.1 and 4.2 are the output files from the 'nodesig' and 'nodesigl' algorith available in Phylocom software
File 5 is a table with the output data from the phylogenetic analyses made with 'Picante' package in R.
File 6 are the bibliographic references and geographic position of each site used in our analyses.
