A dataset of sandfly (Ph. papatasi, Ph. alexandri, and Ph. sergenti) genital and pharyngeal images

The dataset contains genital and pharyngeal images of three sandfly species: Ph. papatasi, Ph. alexandri, and Ph. sergenti. The dataset is organized into three folders: one for the original images, another for the cropped images containing only the object of interest, and the last folder for the stitched images, which contain the genital and pharyngeal images stitched into one image per sample.
