The local advertising regulation defines one or more zones where more restrictive regulations apply than the requirements of the national regulation resulting from Articles L581-1 to 13 of the Environmental Code. Articles L581-14 to 14-3 of the Environmental Code describe the procedures for introducing the RLP. Pursuant to Article R153-53 11°, the perimeter of the RLPs is to be annexed to the planning document.
