Metabolomes of bovine Holstein embryo spent culture media

Data is organized into three excel sheets of bovine Holstein embryo spent culture medium metabolome, from in vivo developed and in vitro produced in two different conditions: - IVD.xlsx: 90 in vivo developed embryos - IVP.xlsx: 761 in vitro embryos – SOF medium supplemented with 1% foetal calf serum; - IVP176.xlsx: 176 in vitro embryos – IVF Bioscience medium Embryos were recovered at Day-6 and cultured individually for 26 hours. Culture medium was analysed by H1-RMN spectrometry, embryos were staged, graded and sexed.
