Genomic analysis of Brachybacterium sp. CBA3105. Brachybacterium halotolerans subsp. kimchii strain:CBA3105

The genomic data of Brachybacterium sp. CBA3105 belonging to the family Dermabacteraceae were obtained using the PacBio platform. The complete genome of Brachybacterium sp. CBA3105 contains 4,101,974 bp with 71.8 mol% of G+C content. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other genomes of the strains belonging to the genus Brachybacterium will give further information and insight into the metabolism of Brachybacterium species.
