资源简介:
High recurrence and relapse rates of ovarian cancer (OVC) make it one of the deadliest gynecological cancers and the 5th most common cause of death in women. It is well recognized that acquired resistance is accompanied by abnormal alteration of epigenetic regulation, yet there is a lack of in-depth mechanistic study on cisplatin-resistant OVC in epigenetic context. Herein, we investigate the role of lysine lysine demethylase 5 (KDM5) and how its abnormal ovrexpression correlates with cisplatin resistance and OVC tumor progression. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of cisplatin sensitive ovarian cancer cells (SKOV-3) and cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer cells (SKOV-3 CDDP), including their KDM5A and KDM5B double-knockout derivatives.
