Inoculates changed the expression of functional genes and microbial community structure related to the synthesis of polymers in soil, especially double inoculates showed stronger potential for polymer production. This study not only provides strong evidence for the application of microbial inoculation in salinized soil remediation, but also provides new ideas for improving soil health and agricultural sustainability through microbial management in the future.
