Dataset: Intrinsic meaning, perception, and matching

Precomputed integrated information theory (IIT) analyses used to generate the figures of "Intrinsic meaning, perception, and matching." For two model systems, B1 and B2, the dataset contains the per-state PyPhi Φ-structures, perceptual analyses, transition probability matrices, and the perceptual projections over sampled stimulus sequences. The archive matching-data.tar.zst (~8.5 GB compressed, ~18 GB extracted) contains: data/B1/, data/B2/ per system: Φ-structures (structures/, structures__filtered-relations/), perceptual analyses (perceptual_analyses/), substrate and unit definitions, the dynamic and triggered TPMs, and the triggered states. data/environment__projections.pkl: perceptual projections over the sampled stimulus sequences. Intended for use with the analysis code, which downloads and unpacks this archive automatically (scripts/download_data.py) and includes the pinned PyPhi version required to read the files.
