The annual urban redevelopment map for NYC was produced using the classification method proposed in this experiment to highlight the spatial and temporal distribution of urban reconstructions. The time-series gentrification risk maps illustrate areas that have faced gentrification risk since 2000. The data was aggregated to the Census tract level for displaying a visually friendly result. The raw building-level data is also provided.
