The goal of the project was to assess the influence of leaf species and environmental conditions on produced fine particles attached to bacterial community composition during the leaf breakdown process in streams. Sequencing was performed at the Joint Microbiome Facility of the Medical University of Vienna and the University of Vienna under the project ID JMF-2305-11.
