Next-generation sequencing data of melanoma cell lines A375 wild type and A375 overexpressing TCTN1

We transfected the A375 cell line with lentivirus to overexpress TCTN1, and the next-generation sequencing of the A375 cell line overexpressing TCTN1 and wild-type A375 cell line was performed to explore the effect of TCTN1 gene on the molecular biological process of melanoma cells.
