Streptococcus uberis extracellular proteome

S. uberis proteins from sub-cellular fractions (both cell wall-attached and secreted) were separated with SDS-PAGE, trypsine digested and identified with MS/MS analysis. Extracellular proteins were clustered into functional group based on in silico analysis.
