Public-record infrastructure and inference boundaries in multilateral climate finance: supporting data and figures

This archive provides manuscript-supporting tables, figure files, documentation and provenance metadata for a study of public-record infrastructure and inference boundaries in multilateral climate finance. The study audits 2,662 public project records from the Global Environment Facility, Green Climate Fund and Adaptation Fund to evaluate when public disclosure supports valid descriptive, relational and comparative accountability inference. The files include machine-readable versions of the main and supplementary tables, publication figures, a data dictionary, a file manifest with SHA-256 checksums and metadata for citation and reuse. The archive is intended to support transparency and reproducibility for a manuscript submitted to Regulation & Governance. It does not rank institutions, estimate causal effects or interpret missing milestones as zero duration.
