PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional peptides showing antimicrobial activity against phytopathogenic microorganisms such as phytopathogenic filamentous fungi， agrochemicals containing the functional peptides， and methods for controlling phytopathogenic microorganisms using the functional peptides. SOLUTION: A functional peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence: MDFHDVWRSNIQDVRKLALETSKCVLMGPSLFGRVKFICFG or an amino acid sequence having an identity of 85% or more with respect to the amino acid sequence， or consisting of 5 or more continuous amino acid sequences shown in the amino acid sequence.
