Share of energy production from natural gas TAQA 2019-2023

In 2023, approximately 62 percent of the energy produced by Taqa was from natural gas. This was a considerable decrease from 2019 when nearly the entire energy produced by TAQA was from natural gas. Since 2019, energy production from natural gas has consistently decreased each subsequent year. TAQA is an energy holding company owned by the government of Abu Dhabi. Its ventures span beyond the United Arab Emirates, investing in energy projects worldwide.
