Pseudo-angiographic [18F]FDG PET template and cerebrovascular atlas
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains a group-level pseudo-angiographic [¹⁸F]FDG PET template and an associated multi-label carotid atlas registered to the MNI PET152 coordinate space, derived from dynamic [¹⁸F]FDG PET acquisitions in 42 healthy volunteers acquired on a Siemens Biograph Vision 600 digital PET/CT scanner (University Hospital of Liège, Belgium). The pseudo-angiographic template was constructed by averaging early dynamic frames prior to the vascular radiotracer peak, followed by iterative diffeomorphic inter-subject registration using ANTsPy. Two atlas versions are provided at different levels of anatomical granularity: 1/ a coarse atlas defines eleven bilateral or midline labels: the common carotid artery (CCA), the internal carotid artery (ICA, delineated as a single structure encompassing segments C1-C3 of the Bouthillier classification), the middle cerebral artery (MCA), the anterior cerebral artery (ACA, represented as a single midline label), the vertebral artery (VA), and the dural venous sinuses (VS). The CCA was delineated along its cervical course from the carotid bifurcation superiorly; delineation was limited to the uppermost portion of the visible cervical segment, as the inferior extent of the CCA within the field of view was not consistently separable from the adjacent internal jugular vein on the pseudo-angiographic template alone. 2/ A fine atlas further subdivides the ICA into three segments following the Bouthillier classification: the cervical segment (C1), the petrous segment (C2), and the lacerum segment (C3). All files are provided in NIfTI-1 format at 1 mm isotropic resolution with accompanying label tables (.tsv). The atlas is intended as an MRI-independent anatomical prior for image-derived input function (IDIF) extraction for [¹⁸F]FDG brain PET kinetic modelling.
