Additional file 3: Table S3. The paralogous NBS–LRRs in A. hypogaea cv. Tifrunner. MAFFT was used to align amino acid sequence pairs. PAL2NAL was used to convert amino acid sequences into the corresponding nucleotide sequences. PAML 4.0 was used to calculate the nonsynonymous substitution per nonsynonymous site (Ka), synonymous substitution per synonymous site (Ks), and nonsynonymous to synonymous per site substitution rates (Ka/Ks).
