Transcriptome response analysis of Cyrtorhinus lividipennis (Hemiptera: Miridae) under short-term high-temperature stress (PRJCA042970)

Cyrtorhinus lividipennis is a key predatory natural enemy, critical for biologically controlling rice planthoppers in paddy fields. Field observations show it survives and reproduces under short-term high temperatures. To explore its response mechanism, this study used transcriptome sequencing for transcriptome analysis of adults under 33?C, 40?C (high-temperature stress) and 26?C (control) conditions.
