Single nuclei RNA sequencing of PVN tissue across day and night

To examine the transcriptional landscape of the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalmus across 24-hrs day and night we carried out snRANseq on PVN tissue harvested at two antiphase time points, ZT8 and ZT20 Single nuclei isolation for the single nuclei RNA-seq analysis was performed on five pooled PVN tissues dissected from male C57Bl6 mice aged 10-12 weeks at two time points, ZT8 and ZT20.为探究下丘脑室旁核（paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus, PVN）在24小时昼夜周期中的转录组全景，我们针对两个反相时间点ZT8与ZT20采集的PVN组织开展了单细胞核RNA测序（single nuclei RNA-seq, snRNA-seq）。为完成该测序分析所需的单细胞核分离操作，我们从10至12周龄雄性C57Bl6小鼠的上述两个时间点（ZT8与ZT20）解剖获取了5份混合PVN组织。
