Analysis of effects of TM4SF5 deficiency in inguinal white adipose tissue

There are limited studies of TM4SF5, even though it plays a role in cell proliferation functions as lysosomal membrane amino acid sensor. In current studies, we aimed to study the role of TM4SF5 in mitochondrial homeostasis in adipocytes. White adipose tissue mRNA profiles of wild type(WT) and TM4SF5-/- mice were generated by deep sequencing. Three biological replicates were analyzed for each of two conditions.尽管四次跨膜蛋白5（TM4SF5）作为溶酶体膜氨基酸感受器参与细胞增殖功能，但目前针对该蛋白的研究仍较为有限。本研究旨在探究TM4SF5在脂肪细胞线粒体稳态中的作用。我们通过深度测序获取了野生型（WT）和TM4SF5敲除（TM4SF5-/-）小鼠的白色脂肪组织mRNA表达谱。两种实验条件各设置3次生物学重复并进行了分析。
