Heterotopic pregnancy outcomes

<b>Purpose</b> To study the risk factors and predictors of intrauterinepregnancy outcomes inpatients with heterotopic pregnancy(HP) after laparoscopy.<b>Methods</b> This retrospective study included 87 patients diagnosed with HP who underwent laparoscopy between January 2010 and May 2023 at our center. Based on the pregnancy outcomes, patients were divided into two groups: the abortion group (n=16) and the delivery group (n=71). We analyzed the data on general information, laboratory embryonic conditions, operative details, and pregnancy outcomes, using statistical methods and the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve.
