Replication Material Survey in multiple EU countries of TEALHELIX produced by WHITE RESEARCH SRL “Survey in Multiple EU Countries” presents the findings of an extensive study on how external factors influence European consumers’ understanding and use of sustainability information on food labels. The study was carried out within the TealHelix project, which seeks to advance food sustainability labelling through personalisation and inclusivity, ensuring that information is meaningful and accessible to all consumers. The work builds on an EU survey conducted in 11 EU Member States - Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Estonia. In total, 3,005 participants took part in the survey. After applying standard data-cleaning procedures, the final analytical sample consisted of 2,767 respondents, providing insights into the socio-cultural, psychological, economic, and demographic factors shaping consumers’ food-related sustainability behaviours.
