DP Airport Noise Rule Exclusion Zone (OpenData)

This entity describes sites within the Noise Rule Exclusion Zone of Christchurch International Airport. These sites are currently covered by the 50 dB Ldn Air Noise Contour, but are not covered by theremodelled 50dB Ldn Outer Envelope Contour. This is an overlay recommended by the PC14 Independent Hearing Panel on 30 July 2024, specifically, in subsequent Minute 55 on 7 October 2024. This layer is the result of a spatial analysis using the AirportNoise data set (50 dB Ldn Air Noise Contour) and data provided by Marshall Day Acoustics, on behalf of Christchurch International Airport Limited (Remodelled 50dB Ldn Outer Envelope Contour).
