Genomic and physiological changes in a frugivorous bird radiation under strong sexual selection

This repository contains R Markdown analysis scripts, datasets, and sequence data required to reproduce the figures and supplementary figures in Balakrishnan et al., "Genomic and physiological changes in a sexually selected and frugivorous bird radiation," published in Current Biology. Included sequences support the functional analyses of taste receptors (T1R1–T1R3) and lactase-phlorizin hydrolase (LPH). See README.md for a full description of all files and variables.
