Sing cell RNA sequence analysis of control and P4HA1 KO mouse mammary gland

In this study, we investigated the role of P4HA1 in mouse mammary glands by analyzing single cell gene expression profiles across two mouse groups: control (5Ht) and P4HA1-knockout (6Ho) mice. Overall design: ScRNA-seq data were derived from two groups of mice: K14-cre; P4HA1 loxp/+ (control, 5Ht) mice and K14-cre; P4HA1 loxp/loxp (P4HA1-knockout, 6Ho) mice. For each group we used three pairs of 8-week-old mice, with each pair originating from the same breeding to minimize age and estrous cycle variations. P4HA1 expression was specifically silenced in the basal mammary epithelial cells in 6Ho mice.
