Mixophyes fleayi (Fleay's barred frog) transcriptome, aMixFle1

Fleay's barred frog (Mixophyes fleayi) is a large species of frog restricted to small pockets of rainforest in northern New South Wales and south-eastern Queensland, Australia (from Wikipedia entry). This sample of a male individual found in New South Wales, Australia was procured by Laura Grogan and Madelyn Mangan to generate a high-quality reference genome for the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP). Sequencing and genome assembly were conducted at the Vertebrate Genome Lab (VGL) at the Rockefeller University, led by Erich D. Jarvis, Giulio Formenti, and Jennifer Balacco.
