<b>Introduction:</b> The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and ethnicities has contributed to the development of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. However, there is fewer information about minorities in China, such as the Lisu people in Yunnan Province. So we did this study to improve the role of pharmacogenomics in the Lisu people.<b>Conclusions:</b> Our results indicated that there were significant differences in SNP loci and supplemented the pharmacogenomic cognition of Yunnan Lisu population. It can provide theoretical basis for individualized drug use in the future.
