Anaerobic granular sludge of the ABR-BEF Raw sequence reads

In this work, a novel ABR coupled MFC reactor was constructed to investigate the treatment performance of catechol-containing TCM wastewater. The goal of this study was to explore the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the ABR-MFC coupling system. The study also investigated the voltage output, power density and polarization curve of the ABR-MFC coupling system to evaluate the electricity production performance. In addition, high-throughput sequencing using the Illumina MiSeq platform and three-dimensional excitation and emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectra were employed to analyze the response of the prokaryotic communities and the sludge characteristics in the coupling system.
