通过平台在服务需求与供给之间快速匹配，为老人提供各类上门服务以及呼叫中心热线电话及咨询服务。
平台支持电脑端和移动端，并提供可视化数据分析大屏，帮助政府全面掌握为老政策和服务的覆盖情况，了解老人的真实需求和服务不足的部分。

Built on a SaaS architecture, the platform integrates data from elderly care institutions, community elderly care service facilities, nursing institutions, professional caregivers, home-based elderly care service organizations and their service personnel on the resource supply side, while managing elderly people and social assistance recipients and collecting their demand information on the demand side. Through the platform, rapid matching between service demand and supply is realized, providing various home-based services, as well as call center hotline and consulting services for the elderly. The platform supports both desktop and mobile terminals, and provides large-screen visualized data analysis dashboards to help the government fully grasp the coverage of elderly care policies and services, and gain insights into the actual needs of the elderly and the gaps in service provision.
