Clinical Dataset: Anonymized Patient Raw Records

This dataset was collected as part of the SMART BEAR project(https://www.smart-bear.eu/) Horizon 2020, Grant 857172, which aimed to improve healthy and independent living for the elderly through personalized interventions. The data includes clinical and sensor-derived information from older adults monitored in their home environments using wearable and ambient devices. All data were harmonized using the HL7 FHIR standard and structured in five interoperable Parquet tables: patients, encounters, conditions, observations, and questionnaire responses. dataset includes anonymized physiological measures, activity data, clinical diagnoses, and responses to health-related questionnaires. It is intended to support research in e-Health, machine learning for clinical prediction, and evidence-based public health interventions.
