OpenVariant is a comprehensive toolkit to facilitate seamless reading, parsing and refinement of diverse input file formats in a customizable structure, all within a single process.
On this repository, we present a small dataset for hands-on use with OpenVariant, allowing users to test the tool's functionalities. The dataset can be downloaded using the following commands:
