Before purchasing shoes and boots on online shopping malls, consumers utilize the 3D foot scanning and measurement algorithm model by capturing three photos of their feet: the top-down view, left lateral view, and right lateral view. The algorithm model reconstructs the user's foot shape via 3D modeling, analyzes metrics including foot type, foot length, foot width, toe circumference, instep circumference, and ankle circumference, and predicts the most suitable shoe size for the consumer's foot, helping them buy shoes and boots that fit more comfortably and appropriately. Shoe and boot manufacturers can analyze and process consumers' foot data to optimize the 3D internal structure design of their products by referencing the actual foot shape data of consumers. 1. Data Collection: Consumers invoke the 3D foot scanning and measurement algorithm model, use their mobile phones to capture three photos of their foot shape, upload them to the system, and fill in their usual daily shoe size data. 2. Data Processing: Use the YOLO image recognition model to identify the consumer's foot shape image, then call the RCF (Richer Convolutional Features) edge detection algorithm to fully extract the complete foot shape from the photos. Based on the size data filled in by the user, perform 3D modeling to restore the complete foot shape. If image gaps occur during the restoration process, handle them with a size tolerance of ±0.5 sizes, with a threshold limit of ±1 size, to restore the 3D foot model with minimal gaps. 3. Data Analysis: Based on the results of the 3D foot modeling, calculate the consumer's actual foot size metrics proportionally using rules such as the bisection method. 4. Data Application: The results of the 3D foot scanning and measurement are returned to consumers in the form of a foot shape analysis report; shoe and boot manufacturers can classify consumers' foot data by shoe size for reference in the internal structure design of shoes and boots.
