随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,城市和工业区附近的土壤有机污染日益加剧,有机污染物在工业区周围的土壤中超过国家标准多倍。通过检测土壤中乙苯浓度,可以了解当地土壤环境是否已造成严重污染,从而为监管部门开展农产品安全监管提供科学证据。1、数据来源:按照土壤和沉积物 挥发性有机物的测定 吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法 HJ 605-2011对土壤进行土样采集检测。2、算法规则:按照如下公式进行计算:样品浓度=(样品查曲线值W-空白查曲线值)*定容体积V*稀释倍数D/取样量m/(1-(1-干物质含量w)/100),公式中样品浓度单位为μg/kg;样品查曲线值及空白查曲线值单位为μg/L;定容体积单位为mL;取样量单位为g,干物质含量单位为%。3、数据判定:根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若乙苯浓度数据≤7.2mg/kg,则判定土壤中该指标浓度达标,反之则超标。4、数据应用:通过分析土壤中乙苯的浓度,我们可以判断该土壤中乙苯的达标情况,避免因该指标浓度含量高引起土壤的污染问题,为监管提供依据。

With the accelerated pace of urbanization and industrialization, soil organic contamination near urban and industrial areas has increasingly worsened, with organic pollutants in soils around industrial zones exceeding national standards by multiple times. Detecting the ethylbenzene concentration in soil can help assess whether the local soil environment has been severely contaminated, thereby providing scientific evidence for regulatory authorities to carry out agricultural product safety supervision. 1. Data Source: Soil samples were collected and tested in accordance with the standard *Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Soils and Sediments – Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry* (HJ 605-2011). 2. Algorithm Rules: The calculation is conducted using the following formula: Sample concentration = (W_sample - W_blank) × V_final × D / m_sample / [1 - (1 - w_dry)/100] Where the unit of sample concentration is μg/kg; the units of W_sample (calibration curve-derived value of the sample) and W_blank (calibration curve-derived value of the blank) are μg/L; the unit of V_final (final volume) is mL; the unit of m_sample (sample mass) is g; and the unit of w_dry (dry matter content) is %. 3. Data Judgment: The compliance is determined based on the risk screening values for Category 1 land specified in the *Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Construction Land (Trial Implementation)* (GB36600-2018). If the ethylbenzene concentration is ≤7.2 mg/kg, the concentration of this indicator in the soil is deemed compliant; otherwise, it is deemed non-compliant. 4. Data Application: By analyzing the ethylbenzene concentration in soil, the compliance status of ethylbenzene in the soil can be determined, soil contamination caused by excessive concentration of this indicator can be avoided, and a scientific basis can be provided for regulatory work.
