Canadian Gallup Poll, May 1992, #205_1

This Gallup poll seeks the opinions of Canadians, on predominantly political and social issues. The questions ask opinions on the economy, smoking, state of health care, Quebec separation, religious attendance, and federal-provincial powers. There are also questions on other topics of interest such as concern for immigration policy, Ontario politics, and questions related to political party preference. The respondents were also asked questions so that they could be grouped according to geographic, political and social variables. Topics of interest include: the economy; health care; Canadian unity; federal-provincial relations; Ontario politics; and political party preference. Basic demographic variables are also included.
