散热风扇功率是配电柜散热效果的重要性能指标之一,散热风扇功率稳定,配电柜才能持续散热,达到预想的散热效果。通过统计公司内部质检部门对不同型号和批次的散热风扇功率的检测数据,分析该数据是否符合散热风扇功率标准值,以及检测数据中功率浮动的大小,得到散热风扇功率评价和功率浮动指数,通过功率浮动指数对该型号和批次的散热风扇进行功率浮动评级,以便更好的把控散热风扇的质量。1.数据统计:汇总公司质检部门提供的各型号和批次的散热风扇功率测量值,明确散热风扇功率标准值。2.数据处理:通过每种型号和批次散热风扇功率取样测量值,计算得到散热风扇功率平均值;将散热风扇功率取样测量值中的最小值与散热风扇功率标准值进行比较,若散热风扇功率取样测量值中的最小值>散热风扇功率标准值,则散热风扇功率评价为“合格”,若散热风扇功率取样测量值中的最小值<散热风扇功率标准值,则散热风扇功率评价为“不合格”;再通过散热风扇功率取样测量值中的最大值÷散热风扇功率标准值,得到功率浮动指数,最后通过功率浮动指数得到该散热风扇的功率浮动评级。其中,评级A为1.05>评级指数≥1,评级B为1.15>评级指数≥1.05,评级C为1.3>评级指数≥1.15。3.数据应用:公司可以借助散热风扇功率评价,直观了解该批次散热风扇功率是否合格,还可以通过功率浮动评级了解该批次散热风扇功率的浮动性,以保证产品质量稳定。

By statistically analyzing the power detection data of cooling fans of different models and batches provided by the company's internal quality inspection department, we can verify whether the data conforms to the standard power value of cooling fans, as well as the magnitude of power fluctuations in the detection data, thereby obtaining cooling fan power qualification evaluations and power fluctuation indices. The power fluctuation rating of each model and batch of cooling fans can be determined based on the power fluctuation index, so as to better control the quality of cooling fans. 1. Data Statistics: Collect and aggregate the power measurement values of cooling fans of various models and batches provided by the company's quality inspection department, and confirm the standard power value of cooling fans. 2. Data Processing: First, calculate the average power value of cooling fans using the sampled power measurement values of each model and batch. Then, compare the minimum value of the sampled power measurement values with the standard power value: if the minimum sampled power value is greater than the standard power value, the cooling fan is evaluated as "qualified"; if the minimum sampled power value is less than the standard power value, the cooling fan is evaluated as "unqualified". Next, calculate the power fluctuation index by dividing the maximum value of the sampled power measurement values by the standard power value.
