中国饲料成分及营养价值表（第31版）牛、羊常用粗饲料（青绿、青贮及粗饲料）的典型养分数据库

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中反刍动物牛、羊最常用的51种粗饲料（包括青绿饲料、青贮饲料及粗饲料）的典型养分数据，主要包括干物质(DM，%)、维持净能(NEm)、增重净能(NEg)、泌乳净能(NEL)、粗蛋白质(CP，%)、粗蛋白质过瘤胃蛋白比例(UIP，%CP)、粗纤维(CF，%)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF，%)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF，%)、有效NDF(eNDF，%NDF)、粗脂肪(EE，%)、粗灰分(Ash，%)、钙(Ca，%)、磷(P，%)、钾(K，%)、氯(Cl，%)、硫(S，%)、锌(Zn，mg/kg)。其中，维持、增重和泌乳净能数据分别列出了MJ/kg、Mcal/kg相应的数据。数据除干物质（DM）外，其他均以干物质为基础的含量。

This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Scientific Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In accordance with the requirements of scientific data sharing, it mainly collects typical nutrient data of 51 common roughages (including green feeds, silages and roughages) most frequently used by ruminants (cattle and sheep) in China's feed processing and livestock breeding industries. The collected nutrient indicators include dry matter (DM, %), net energy for maintenance (NEm), net energy for gain (NEg), net energy for lactation (NEL), crude protein (CP, %), the proportion of rumen-undegradable protein in crude protein (UIP, %CP), crude fiber (CF, %), acid detergent fiber (ADF, %), neutral detergent fiber (NDF, %), effective neutral detergent fiber (eNDF, %NDF), ether extract (EE, %), crude ash (Ash, %), calcium (Ca, %), phosphorus (P, %), potassium (K, %), chlorine (Cl, %), sulfur (S, %) and zinc (Zn, mg/kg). For net energy for maintenance, gain and lactation, corresponding data in both MJ/kg and Mcal/kg units are provided. Except for dry matter (DM), all other nutrient data are expressed on a dry matter basis.
