THE ROLE OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES AT THE PRESENT STAGE

This thesis is devoted to analyzing the role and significance of digitalization in the development of emergency management authorities at the present stage. The thesis examines issues related to the prevention of emergency situations, rapid response, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, and improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making through the implementation of digital technologies. The research findings demonstrate that digitalization is a key factor in transforming the emergency management system from a reactive approach to a proactive and preventive management model. In addition, the thesis substantiates the need to pay special attention to technical infrastructure, human resource capacity, and information security in the process of digital transformation.
