Ammonmium, nitrite, nitrate, chlorophyll a, temperature, pressure, and other data were collected from multiple ships from March 8, 1973 to August 26, 1993. Data were collected using fluorometer, laboratory analysis, and visual analysis in the Coastal Waters of California. Data were collected by Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) as part of the California Cooperative Fisheries Investigation (CALCOFI) project.
