Increasing carbohydrate solubilization of unpretreated sugarcane bagasse via cotreatment aided consolidated bioprocessing

Data related to fermentation of sugarcane bagasse by thermophilic bacteria with different ball milling strategies applied to increase carbohydrate solubilization of lignocellulose biomass, technology named cotreatment. Multiple sources, solid loading and milling strategies were tested in different experiments in a proof of concept to assess if the technology works for sugarcane bagasse.
