Gene expession profiles of p16high and p16low adipocyte progenitor cells of gonadal adipose tissue in the cancer cachexia mouse model

We used bulk RNA-seq analysis to investigate the gene expression patterns of p16high adipocyte progenitor cells compared with p16low adipocyte progenitor cells in the gonadal adipose tissue of tumor bearing mice. We examined the p16CreERT2-tdTomato mice combined with allograft model of PDAC to study the function of p16high adipocyte cells of gonadal adipose tissue in the cancer cachexia mouse model. The tdTomato-positive and negative adipocyte progenitor cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
