Anonymized Dataset for Study on Diabetes-Associated Post-Dural Puncture Neuralgia (DAPPN)

This dataset supports the manuscript titled “Diabetes Mellitus Increases the Risk of Post-Dural Puncture Neuralgia Following Spinal Anesthesia for Cesarean Delivery: A Retrospective Cohort Study.” It includes anonymized clinical data from 600 patients and a data dictionary explaining all variables.The dataset is de-identified in accordance with IRB approval (IRB-UM-2025-041).
