Summary of quality control metrics of raw sequencing data obtained from FastQC application. Alias: sample names; Seq.length: sequence length; GC(%): percentage of GC content; Dup(%): percentage of duplicate reads; Total Reads: Total number of reads obtained; Total Read pairs: Total number of read pairs; Mapped Read Pairs: Number of reads that mapped to either the genome or junction reference database; Mapped Read pairs (Junction): Mapped Junction Reads and percentage (Mapped Junction Reads/Total number of reads); Gene counts: Number of reads mapped to a gene; Exon counts: Number of reads mapped to an exon.
