The effect of culture medium from apoptotic chondrocytes on macrophages

To investigate the altered gene expression levels in macrophages treated with culture medium from apoptotic chondrocytes and normal chondrocytes. Each group had a biological repeat (n=3). Results provide insight into the effect of culture medium from apoptotic chondrocytes on macrophages. Overall design: Three groups of macrophages treated with apoptotic chondrocytes culture medium(AC CM) versus three groups of macrophages treated with normal chondrocytes culture medium(C CM).
