Results from analysis of microarray data from clinical trial NCT00805389

The analysis was performed in 2 parts: a descriptive analysis of the response within each adjuvant group and an analysis at the individual subject level. We used blood transcriptional modules to perform interpretation of the results. There are 924 samples from 112 subjects, divided into 5 adjuvant groups: respectively 18, 23, 28, 22 and 21 in the AS01B, AS01E, AS03A, AS04 and Alum groups, respectively. Subjects were injected with 2 doses of Hepatitis B + adjuvant at Day 0 (D0) and Day 30 (D30). Whole blood samples were collected at the following time points: D0 pre-vaccination (D0_pre), D0 3 to 6 hours post-vaccination (D0_post), D1, D14, D30 pre-vaccination (D30_pre), D30 3 to 6 hours post-vaccination (D0_post), D31, D33 and D37.
