Integrated association score (IAS) network, NeST project

IAS (integrated association score) is an integrated network combining the evidence of interactions of five major data types: physical, mRNA co-expression, protein co-expression, sequence similarity, genetic co-dependence. The original network contains all pairs between a total of 19035 genes. Here we show a subsample of 100,000 edges with the IAS values > 0.18 (all IASs are from 0 to 1) to make this resource computationally feasible. A complete version of this network in TSV format is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4516939.
The network evidence supporting the interaction within a group of proteins can be explored using the Query function available at the bottom-left side of this page and choosing the "Direct" type. Query results can be saved to your NDEx account and/or opened in Cytoscape for further investigation and analysis.
