Italy: correlation between peeled/cut fruit at restaurants and greater demand 2017

This statistic presents the results of a survey on the share of Italian consumers who would order fruit more often at restaurants if it was already cut and/or peeled as of January 2017. Over 60 percent of respondents agreed that if fruits were peeled and/or cut, it would be an incentive.
