Reproduction package for: Thermal wall condition and boundary amplitude in nonlocal thermoelastic damping
收藏资源简介:
Reproduction package for the manuscript "Thermal wall condition and boundary amplitude in nonlocal thermoelastic damping", submitted to Journal of Thermal Stresses on 30 October 2026. The deposit contains the numerical records, the code that produced them, the figure source files and the execution evidence behind every number in the manuscript and its supplementary material. The manuscript text itself is not part of the deposit. Contents data/ — thirty JSON and CSV records: the scalar audit, the wall-law audit, the DPL audit, the passive (Newton-cooling) wall family and its monotonicity, the exact attainment record, the closure length, the low-Knudsen limit, the correction rule, the kinetic benchmark and its counterpart, the mode family, the device scan, the frequency shift, the figure curves and the record of an independent human reproduction. figures/ — the fifteen manuscript figures; PDF and PNG for all fifteen, EPS and 1200 dpi TIFF additionally for figures 1–5. figures/matlab/ holds the MATLAB source: fig1_cloud.m and fig1_system.m build Figure 1, make_figures.m builds Figures 6–15. reproducibility/science/ — the solver, the retained Monte Carlo and discrete-ordinates records, and the C++ reduction. scripts/ — the entry points that write data/ and draw the figures, plus scripts/generators/, one script per record added in version 1.1.0. audit/ — the executed command log, the run logs, the source binding record and the reference verification table. Verification MANIFEST_SHA256.json records the SHA-256 and byte length of all 174 files. scripts/verify_manifest.py performs that check. Every generator added in version 1.1.0 was executed against this tree on 30 October 2026 and reproduced its record byte for byte; the earlier generators reproduce theirs too. scripts/run_science.py agrees to nine significant digits but is not byte-identical across machines, which is the BLAS and optimizer drift noted in the README: compare the disclosed observables and their orders, not the bytes. Licensing The numerical records, plotted data, figure files and manifests are released under CC BY 4.0 (LICENSE-CC-BY-4.0.txt). The source code is additionally available under the MIT licence (LICENSE-MIT.txt). The manuscript text is not covered by either. Changes in version 1.1.0 Figures 6–15 and fourteen data records were added, and data/figure5_cdf.csv was dropped; the deposit now matches the manuscript submitted on 30 October 2026. Six records that previously had no generator now carry one in scripts/generators/.
